A high percentage of the matters that we assist with are being resolved within the legal framework. Therefore, by default they are likely to be of a litigious nature.

Often, as part of our role as Forensic Accounting experts, we are called upon to assist the parties and their legal representatives in a variety of ways, including the following:

6. Assisting with the identification of missing documentation, and further documentation required in a matter

11. Court attendance for evidence in Chief and cross examination
